1. إحنا مين — واللي إحنا مش بنعمله

Strike Hub دليل مجاني لصالات رياضات القتال ومدربينها: بيعرض بياناتهم وجداولهم وتقييمات اللي زاروهم، وبيوصّلك بيهم على واتساب.

إحنا مش بنقدّم التدريب. الحصة بتقدّمها الصالة أو المدرب، وجودة التدريب وسلامة المكان والعدّة والإشراف كلها مسؤوليتهم.
إحنا مش طرف في أي اتفاق أو دفع بينك وبين الصالة. مفيش أي فلوس بتتدفع جوّه التطبيق. أي اشتراك أو حصة بتدفعها للصالة مباشرة وبشروطها.
البيانات المنشورة بتدخلها الصالة أو المدرب — المواعيد والأسعار والعنوان ممكن تتغيّر. اتأكد منهم قبل ما تروح.
بنراجع بيانات الصالة قبل ما تتنشر، بس دي مراجعة بيانات مش ضمان جودة.

2. حسابك

التصفح مش محتاج حساب. لو عملت حساب: لازم تكون فوق 18، وتدي بيانات صحيحة، وتحافظ على كلمة مرورك. أي نشاط من حسابك مسؤوليتك.

3. الزيارة والتقييم

التقييم لمن زار بس. بتقيّم صالة بعد ما تمسح كود الزيارة المعلّق جوّاها، والتطبيق بيتحقق إنك فعلًا في الصالة من موقعك وقت المسح. ده اللي بيخلّي التقييمات في الدليل حقيقية، فالقواعد هنا صارمة:

ممنوع تمسح الكود من صورة أو من برّه الصالة، أو تتلاعب بموقع الموبايل عشان تعدّي التحقق.
ممنوع تقيّم صالتك أو صالة بتشتغل فيها، أو تقيّم منافس عشان تضرّه، أو تكتب تقييم مقابل فلوس أو خدمة أو خصم.
ممنوع في التقييم: الشتيمة، أو التهديد، أو التمييز، أو الإعلان، أو نشر بيانات شخصية عن حد، أو انتحال شخصية.
التقييم رأيك ومسؤوليتك، وبيظهر باسمك لأي حد بيفتح التطبيق. تقدر تعدّله أو تمسحه في أي وقت.
الصالة أو المدرب يقدر يرد على تقييمك علنًا، ونفس القواعد بتسري على الرد.
الإدارة تقدر تخفي أي تقييم مخالف من غير إشعار مسبق، ومتوسط التقييم بيتحسب من جديد من غيره.

4. واتساب

زرار واتساب بيفتح التطبيق بتاعهم، والمحادثة بينك وبين الصالة أو المدرب مباشرة برّه Strike Hub — شروط واتساب هي اللي بتسري عليها، وإحنا مش بنشوفها ومش مسؤولين عن محتواها ولا عن أي اتفاق بيتعمل فيها.

5. للصالات والمدربين

البيانات لازم تكون صحيحة وحقيقية: الاسم والعنوان والجدول والأسعار. حدّثها لما تتغيّر — الناس بتروح على أساسها.
الصور لازم تكون بتاعتك أو معاك حق نشرها، ولازم تكون للمكان نفسه.
رقم الواتساب لازم يكون رقم بتتحكم فيه — بيتنشر علنًا زي ما هو.
موقع الصالة بيتسجّل من جوّاها («أنا في الصالة دلوقتي»). تسجيله من مكان تاني بيخلّي زوّارك الحقيقيين ما يعرفوش يمسحوا الكود.
كود الزيارة مكانه جوّه الصالة. ممنوع تبعته أو تنشره عشان حد يقيّم من غير ما ييجي. لو اتسرّب، جدّده من لوحتك — المطبوع القديم بيبطل على طول.
ممنوع تكتب تقييمات لنفسك، أو تطلب من حد يكتبها مقابل أي حاجة، أو تضغط على حد يغيّر تقييمه.
الإدارة تقدر ترفض نشر صالة، أو توقف ظهورها، أو تخفي حصة، لو البيانات غلط أو القواعد دي اتكسرت.

6. المحتوى اللي بتنشره

التقييمات والصور والبيانات اللي بتنشرها ملكك. بنشرها بتدّينا ترخيص مجاني وغير حصري إننا نعرضها جوّه الخدمة طول ما هي منشورة. لما تمسحها أو تحذف حسابك الترخيص بينتهي — إلا التقييمات، اللي بتفضل من غير اسمك زي ما سياسة الخصوصية بتشرح.

7. حدود المسؤولية

المنصة دليل معلومات مجاني يعرض بيانات يقدّمها أصحاب الصالات والمدربون وتقييمات يكتبها المستخدمون، ولا تقدّم خدمة تدريب رياضي ولا تشرف عليها، ولا تكون طرفًا في أي اتفاق أو معاملة مالية بين المستخدم والصالة أو المدرب. الصالة أو المدرب هو المسؤول وحده عن سلامة المكان والمعدات وعن سير التدريب، وعن أي إصابة أو ضرر أو فقد ممتلكات يقع داخل الصالة أو أثناء التدريب أو في الطريق إليه، وعن دقة ما ينشره من مواعيد وأسعار وعناوين. وتعبّر التقييمات عن آراء كاتبيها وحدهم. وتُقدَّم الخدمة مجانًا وبحالتها، ولا تُسأل المنصة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن الاعتماد على البيانات المنشورة أو عن أي تواصل خارج التطبيق، في أقصى حدود ما يسمح به القانون.

تنبيه صحي: رياضات القتال مجهود بدني عالي واحتكاك مباشر. استشر طبيبك قبل ما تبدأ، وبلّغ المدرب بأي إصابة أو حالة صحية.

8. إنهاء الخدمة

تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات. إحنا نقدر نوقف حساب بيخالف الشروط دي، وبنبلّغك بالسبب.

9. تغيير الشروط

لو غيّرنا حاجة جوهرية، هنبلّغك في التطبيق قبل ما التغيير يسري. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعدها معناه موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

10. القانون الواجب التطبيق

يخضع هذا الاتفاق ويُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. وتختص محاكم القاهرة دون غيرها بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام المنصة أو يتعلق به.

1. What we are — and are not

Strike Hub is a free directory of combat sports gyms and coaches: it shows their details, schedules and reviews from people who visited them, and connects you with them on WhatsApp.

We do not provide training. Classes are delivered by the gym or coach; training quality, premises and equipment safety, and supervision are their responsibility.
We are not a party to any agreement or payment between you and a gym. No money is paid inside the app. Any membership or class you pay for is paid to the gym directly, on its terms.
Published details are entered by the gym or coach — schedules, prices and addresses can change. Confirm them before you go.
We review a gym's details before publishing it, but that is a data check, not a guarantee of quality.

2. Your account

Browsing needs no account. If you create one, you must be over 18, give accurate details, and keep your password safe. Activity from your account is your responsibility.

3. Visits and reviews

Only visitors can review. You review a gym after scanning the visit code displayed inside it, and the app checks from your location at the time of the scan that you are actually there. This is what keeps the directory's reviews real, so the rules are strict:

Do not scan the code from a photo or from outside the gym, or manipulate your phone's location to pass the check.
Do not review your own gym or one you work at, review a competitor to harm it, or write a review in exchange for money, a service or a discount.
Not allowed in reviews: insults, threats, discrimination, advertising, anyone's personal data, or impersonation.
A review is your opinion and your responsibility, and is shown under your name to anyone who opens the app. You can edit or delete it at any time.
The gym or coach may reply to your review publicly; the same rules apply to replies.
We may hide any review that breaks these rules without prior notice, and the rating average is recalculated without it.

4. WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button opens their app, and the conversation between you and the gym or coach happens directly, outside Strike Hub — WhatsApp's terms apply to it. We do not see it and are not responsible for its content or for any agreement made in it.

5. For gyms and coaches

Details must be accurate and real: name, address, schedule and prices. Update them when they change — people travel based on them.
Photos must be yours or ones you have the right to publish, and must show the actual premises.
The WhatsApp number must be one you control — it is published publicly as is.
The gym's location is recorded from inside it ("I'm at the gym now"). Recording it elsewhere means your real visitors cannot scan the code.
The visit code belongs inside the gym. Do not send or post it so someone can review without coming. If it leaks, regenerate it from your dashboard — the old printout stops working immediately.
Do not write reviews of yourself, ask anyone to write one in exchange for anything, or pressure anyone to change theirs.
We may decline to publish a gym, suspend its listing, or hide a class if its details are wrong or these rules are broken.

6. Content you publish

Reviews, photos and details you publish remain yours. By publishing them you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display them within the service while they are published. The licence ends when you delete them or your account — except reviews, which remain without your name as the Privacy Policy explains.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is a free information directory that displays details supplied by gym owners and coaches and reviews written by users. It does not provide or supervise athletic training, and is not a party to any agreement or financial transaction between a user and a gym or coach. The gym or coach is solely responsible for the safety of the premises and equipment, for the conduct of training, for any injury, damage or loss of property occurring at the gym, during training or on the way to it, and for the accuracy of the schedules, prices and addresses it publishes. Reviews reflect only the opinions of their authors. The service is provided free of charge and as is, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on published information or from any communication outside the app.

Health notice: combat sports are high-intensity, full-contact activities. Consult a doctor before starting, and tell your coach about any injury or medical condition.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

9. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the platform.
