Strike Hub دليل مجاني لصالات رياضات القتال ومدربينها. السياسة دي بتشرح إيه اللي بنعرفه عنك، وليه، ومين بيشوفه، وإزاي تمسحه.

1. إيه اللي بنجمعه

بيانات بتديهالنا بنفسك لما تعمل حساب:

التصفح نفسه مش محتاج حساب: تقدر تدوّر على الصالات وتشوف جداولها وتقييماتها وتكلّمها على واتساب من غير ما تدينا أي بيان.

لو إنت صالة أو مدرب، البيانات اللي بتدخلها عن نشاطك بتتنشر علنًا لأي حد بيفتح التطبيق، حتى من غير حساب — ده الغرض من الدليل:

الصالة: الاسم، والعنوان والحي، والموقع على الخريطة، ورقم الواتساب، والصور، وجدول الحصص وأسعارها، وأسماء المدربين.
المدرب: الاسم، والصورة، والنبذة، وسنين الخبرة، والرياضات، ورقم الواتساب، والصالات اللي بيدرّب فيها.

رقم الواتساب اللي بتكتبه بيتنشر زي ما هو. لو مش عايز رقمك الشخصي يبان، استخدم رقم شغل.

بيانات بتتولّد من استخدامك:

زياراتك للصالات — لما تمسح كود الزيارة المعلّق في الصالة: الصالة، واليوم، وموقعك وقت المسح ومسافتك من الصالة (التفاصيل في البند 2).
تقييماتك للصالات والمدربين، وأي رد عليها.
المفضلة — الصالات والمدربين اللي حفظتهم.
تذاكر الدعم اللي بتفتحها وردودك فيها.
البلاغات اللي بتعملها عن تقييمات: التقييم، والسبب، وأي تفاصيل كتبتها.
الإشعارات اللي بنبعتهالك (رد على تقييمك، أو تذكير تقيّم صالة زرتها).

بيانات تقنية:

رمز الإشعارات للجهاز، عشان توصلك الإشعارات. بيتمسح لما تخرج من الحساب.
عنوان الـIP — بيتستخدم مؤقتًا لمنع إساءة الاستخدام (حد أقصى للطلبات)، وبيتمسح تلقائيًا في حدود يوم. وبيتسجّل مع الإجراءات الحساسة زي حذف الحساب في سجل الإجراءات (البند 6).
إثبات أصالة التطبيق (Firebase App Check) — بيتأكد إن الطلب جاي من نسخة أصلية من التطبيق، عن طريق خدمات Google Play أو Apple. مش بيدّينا أي بيان شخصي عنك.

2. الموقع الجغرافي

الموقع هو أحسّ بيان عندنا، فبنوضّح كل استخدام ليه لوحده:

مسح كود الزيارة	موقعك الدقيق بيتبعت عشان نتأكد إنك جوّه الصالة فعلًا — في حدود 300 متر منها. ده اللي بيخلّي التقييم لمن زار الصالة بجد، ويمنع التقييمات المزيّفة من صورة كود متوزّعة	نعم، مع الزيارة — الإحداثيات والمسافة للصالة، عشان نقدر نراجع لو فيه شك في تلاعب
«قريب منك» والترتيب بالمسافة	موقعك بيتبعت وقت البحث عشان نرتّب الصالات بالأقرب	لا — بيتستخدم في الطلب وخلاص
«أنا في الصالة دلوقتي» (لأصحاب الصالات بس)	موقع الموبايل بيتسجّل كموقع للصالة	نعم، كعنوان الصالة — وبيبقى علني زي باقي بياناتها

الإذن بيتطلب لحظة الحاجة بس، مش وقت فتح التطبيق.
مفيش تتبّع في الخلفية. التطبيق ما بيقراش موقعك وهو مقفول، ولا بين استخدام والتاني.
لو رفضت الإذن التطبيق بيشتغل عادي: بتخسر «قريب منك» ومسح الزيارة بس — والتقييم معاه، لأنه مربوط بالزيارة.
الصالة ما بتشوفش موقعك — بتشوف عدد الزيارات بس (البند 4).

3. اللي مش بنجمعه

مفيش دفع في التطبيق خالص. الدليل مجاني، ومفيش بيانات بطاقة ولا محفظة ولا أي معاملة مالية في أي مكان عندنا.
الكاميرا لمسح كود الزيارة بس. الصورة ما بتتسجّلش ولا بتتبعت — اللي بيتقري هو الكود.
مش بنقرا دفتر عناوينك، ولا صورك غير الصورة اللي بتختارها بنفسك لحسابك أو لصالتك.
مفيش إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع إعلاني في التطبيق.
محادثاتك على واتساب مش بتعدّي علينا. زرار واتساب بيفتح التطبيق بتاعهم، والمحادثة بينك وبين الصالة مباشرة — إحنا بنعدّ إن الزرار اتداس بس.
مش ببيع بياناتك ولا بنأجّرها لأي حد. أبدًا.

4. مين بيشوف بياناتك

زرار الاتجاهات بيفتح خرائط Google بموقع الصالة، مش بموقعك.

مفيش طرف تاني غير دول. ولو اضطرينا نفصح بحكم قضائي أو التزام قانوني، بنعمل كده في أضيق حدود المطلوب.

5. حقوقك

من جوّه التطبيق: تعدّل بياناتك، وتشوف زياراتك، وتعدّل تقييماتك أو تمسحها، وتقفل الإشعارات، وتحذف حسابك: الحساب ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.

من غير التطبيق: صفحة حذف الحساب على موقعنا بتحذفه فورًا ببريدك وكلمة المرور.

بمراسلتنا على info@wlf-tech.com: تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها. بنرد خلال ٣٠ يومًا.

6. الاحتفاظ والحذف

عند حذف الحساب بنمسح: اسمك، وبريدك، وتليفونك، وصورتك، ووزنك وطولك، ورياضتك المفضّلة، وزياراتك ومعاها كل مواقعك المسجّلة، والمفضلة، وإشعاراتك، وأجهزتك. وحساب الدخول نفسه بيتقفل نهائيًا.

واللي بيفضل:

تقييماتك، من غير اسمك. مسحها كان هيغيّر تقييم الصالة بأثر رجعي — وكان هيخلّي أي حد يمسح تقييم سلبي بحذف حسابه وعمل واحد جديد.
تذاكر الدعم، من غير اسمك وبريدك — الدعم محتاج تاريخ المشاكل.
سجل الإجراءات — إن الحساب اتحذف بطلبك، وإمتى، ومن أي عنوان IP. ده اللي بيثبت إن الحذف ما حصلش من غير إذنك.

7. أمان البيانات

الاتصال بالتطبيق مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مخزّنة عند Firebase Authentication ومحدش عندنا بيشوفها ولا يقدر يستخرجها. قاعدة البيانات مقفولة على أي وصول مباشر، وكل قراية وكتابة بتعدّي على خوادمنا اللي بتتحقق من صلاحيتك. والوصول لبياناتك محصور في اللي محتاجينه للتشغيل.

8. الأطفال

الخدمة مش موجّهة لأقل من 18 سنة، ومش بنجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. لو عرفنا إن حساب لطفل، بنمسحه.

9. تغييرات السياسة

لو غيّرنا حاجة جوهرية، هنبلّغك في التطبيق قبل ما التغيير يسري.

Strike Hub is a free directory of combat sports gyms and coaches. This policy explains what we know about you, why, who sees it, and how to delete it.

1. What we collect

Given by you when you create an account:

Browsing needs no account: you can search gyms, see their schedules and reviews, and message them on WhatsApp without giving us anything.

If you are a gym or a coach, the details you enter about your business are published publicly to anyone who opens the app, even without an account — that is what a directory is for:

Gym: name, address and district, map location, WhatsApp number, photos, class schedule and prices, and coach names.
Coach: name, photo, bio, years of experience, sports, WhatsApp number, and the gyms they coach at.

The WhatsApp number you enter is published as is. If you do not want your personal number visible, use a business number.

Generated by your use:

Your gym visits — when you scan the visit code displayed at a gym: the gym, the day, and your location at the time of the scan and your distance from the gym (see section 2).
Your reviews of gyms and coaches, and any replies to them.
Favourites — gyms and coaches you saved.
Support tickets you open and your replies in them.
Notifications we send you (a reply to your review, or a reminder to review a gym you visited).

Technical:

A push notification token per device, deleted on sign-out.
Your IP address — used briefly to prevent abuse (request limits) and deleted automatically within about a day. It is also recorded with sensitive actions such as account deletion in our action log (section 6).
App integrity (Firebase App Check) — confirms requests come from a genuine copy of the app, via Google Play or Apple services. It gives us no personal data about you.

2. Location

Location is the most sensitive data we handle, so each use is spelled out:

Permission is requested only at the moment it is needed, not at launch.
No background tracking. The app never reads your location while closed or between uses.
If you deny permission the app works normally: you lose "near you" and visit scanning only — and reviewing with it, since reviews require a visit.
Gyms never see your location — only a count of visits (section 4).

3. What we do NOT collect

There are no payments in the app at all. The directory is free; no card, wallet or financial transaction exists anywhere in our systems.
The camera is used only to scan visit codes. No image is saved or sent — only the code is read.
We do not read your contacts, or your photos beyond the one you choose for your account or gym.
No advertising and no ad tracking in the app.
Your WhatsApp conversations never pass through us. The WhatsApp button opens their app, and the conversation is directly between you and the gym — we only count that the button was tapped.
We do not sell or rent your data. Ever.

4. Who sees your data

The directions button opens Google Maps at the gym's location, not yours.

Nobody else. If legally compelled to disclose data, we do so only to the minimum required.

5. Your rights

In the app: edit your details; view your visits; edit or delete your reviews; turn off notifications; and delete your account: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Without the app: the account deletion page on our website deletes it immediately with your email and password.

By writing to info@wlf-tech.com: request a copy of your data or a correction. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention and deletion

On account deletion we remove your name, email, phone, photo, weight and height, favourite sport, your visits along with every location recorded with them, favourites, notifications and devices. Your sign-in account is closed permanently.

What remains:

Your reviews, without your name. Deleting them would change a gym's rating retroactively — and would let anyone erase a negative review by deleting their account and opening a new one.
Support tickets, without your name and email — support needs the history of issues.
The action log — that the account was deleted at your request, when, and from which IP address. This is what proves the deletion was not done without your consent.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are held by Firebase Authentication; nobody at our end can read or extract them. The database is closed to direct access — every read and write goes through our servers, which check your permissions. Access to your data is limited to what running the service requires.

8. Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Accounts found to belong to a child are deleted.

9. Changes

Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
